Process

How a request becomes a scoped book project

The process is built for paid service work: brief, fit check, scope, production, handoff and next step. It keeps the client account, approvals and KDP responsibility clear.

6 stagesbrief -> scope -> handoff
01

Brief

The client sends package interest, language, format, audience, goal, timeline, budget and KDP account status.

02

Fit check

We check whether the request fits Ready Cookbook, KDP Launch, Premium Build, Series or Growth.

03

Scope

We confirm deliverables, exclusions, approvals, payment schedule and any compliance risks.

04

Production

We prepare the manuscript work, cover/interior direction, files, listing assets or checklist in the agreed scope.

05

Handoff

The client receives KDP-ready assets, acceptance checklist and next publishing action.

06

Next step

After launch or review, we decide whether the project needs Ads, optimization or the next book.
